Journey Out delivers critical services and support to victims of commercial sexual exploitation and sex trafficking, helping them leave a life of abuse and violence, overcome fear and empowering them to reach their goals. Our grant of $4,700.00 provides for new computers, software and office furniture for a dedicated technology space. Approximately 65 youth aged 18-24 will use the equipment to complete GED studies, gain vital life skills like financial literacy, conduct job searches, write resumes, and access forms and applications. While accessing case management, medical referrals and much needed basic supplies, youth will have access to this technology in order to move forward with educational and professional skill sets for which technology is vital.
